    3. Hey, sorry I’ve been gone for a while… in several senses of the word. As much as I might want to, I can’t change myself and my life just like that. Yeah I had a six-week running start but that was with support and it’s not enough. There’s a reason I have the habits I do, and that’s not just going away. I’m trying to get back onto it but I don’t even know what to try and fix first.

    Hello fellow fitblrs! My name is Maggie and I'm from Wellington, New Zealand. My weight loss journey started with a 6-week weight loss challenge at my local gym, during which time I met a crazy trainer called Bryce, and he's taught me so many things that I will take into my healthy lifestyle from here on out. Going it alone is tough, and I'm going to try and put measures in place so that I at least don't get off track for very long. This blog is one of them.
